David Rockey has settled in nicely as our new Sales Manager. Following the LTF tradition of skill with kettle and tea bags as well as glazing, he’s been making himself very popular with all the team at LTF HQ and with our customers.
On a serious note, David understands the importance of our bespoke quotes (because no two customers are alike) and has been giving valuable feedback to the rest of the team on customers’ buying objectives, all of which will only help to strengthen our delivery of outstanding customer service.
Although he’s a recent addition to the team, David’s impact is already evident in some great customer retention figures and increased orders from brand-new buyers. And at HQ, the risk of any staff member suffering from dehydration has significantly declined whilst tea and coffee consumption has hit new heights.
