We see our job as simple: to provide the windows and doors that our customers want and that homeowners will love. We know that means keeping bang up-to-date with the latest materials, technology and standards, so that’s what we do.
We believe that manufacturing and service have to go together. How it is possible to separate production and products from the people who use them? We understand that our responsibility doesn’t end when we deliver a frame to an installer. It goes beyond that. We owe a duty of care to the consumer, to the suppliers of our components and equipment, to our workforce, and to our community. We know that we’re part of something bigger than ourselves and we’ll always do our utmost to ensure that our part is as good as it can possibly be.

Our Services
No two customers are alike. You may be a sole trader with a simple renovation job or a construction company with a street’s worth of windows to source and fit. You may be a conservatory specialist or a big player in Bi-Fold doors, but whatever your size or market, we believe that you deserve the best. Lancashire Trade Frames are big enough to offer real choice, supplying two of the top profile systems as well as conservatories, vertical sliders, composite doors, sliding patios, French windows and Bi-Folds.
For most consumers new windows or doors represent a massive investment. In today’s tough business environment it is vital to be able to offer something different, maybe in colour, finish or design. We manufacture windows and doors for all types of property, from commercial buildings to rustic cottages, new-build to re-build, we can supply the window or door to suit.
We offer an on-line pricing service, offering trade customers the crucial benefit of instantaneous quotations and an on-line ordering and tracking service as well. If you’d rather phone or call in, our ever helpful team are ready and waiting. We have our own fleet of fully tracked vehicles providing free, nationwide delivery, a dedicated glass vehicle and we’ll deliver to site, if that’s what’s required. We have a five working day turnaround on orders, with full order acknowledgements including glass sizes and offer excellent technical support throughout the whole process, from design to installation and beyond.

We will, however, always strive to go above and beyond the standards giving you complete peace of mind. Products you buy from us won’t let you or your customers down. The Premesis
With capacity for 2,400 frames per week in our Bury based, manufacturing plant. Alongside our machinery partner Promac, we have invested in new machinery as part of our on-going commitment to remain at the forefront of best practice. Through innovative use of technology and industry recognised business processes we have developed a highly efficient operation capable of producing consistently excellent quality. By carefully controlling, monitoring and refining our methods we can control costs, without compromising our high standards. As a result our products will always remain great value for money.
Commercial Projects
No-one in the construction industry is immune to the challenges faced during difficult economic times. We don’t expect things to be easy, but by sticking together, forming long term partnerships with our customers we will weather the storms. We have a range of product literature that can be tailored to your needs, samples and colour swatches, and a dedicated marketing consultant available to give advice, guidance and support.
